Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation may be required.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address via email.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at info@vlorison.com as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for the original product and placing a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
